1. Agreement to Terms

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Closure and Termination

whq111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to provide required verification documents. In the event of account closure initiated by whq111, your remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to applicable wagering requirements and deductions for any amounts owed to whq111.
